Simply Sweet Dessert Recipes

Ingredients:

• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 c. sugar
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/2 Tb. milk
• 1 Tb. butter
• 1 c. flour

Directions:

Beat the eggs until light, add the sugar gradually, and continue beating.

• 2 c. flour
• 3 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 c. milk
• 1 Tb. melted fat

Mix and sift the dry ingredients.
